Andrea O'Neil
Andrea was born in San Antonio, Texas but being a military child, she was raised all over the world. Andrea has resided in Northern Virginia since 2004 and currently lives in Sterling, VA with her boyfriend and their three kitties. Andrea is a competitive bodybuilder in the Women’s Figure Division. Aside from her rigorous training schedule, she enjoys going on hikes/walks, searching for new coffee places to try with her boyfriend, and spending time with him and their fur babies.
Andrea is a George Mason University Graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health and Health Education. Andrea has a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in peoples’ lives. Ever since she was a 3-year-old running around in Turkey, she has always wanted to go above and beyond for those around her.
Andrea has worked with a variety of different populations over the years and one thing that remained the same throughout each encounter is that she always wanted to do the most she could for them. Andrea’s main goal is to help people succeed, be happy, and live life to its full potential. She wants to help those around her feel independent, empowered, confident, and hopeful and she wants to ensure that individuals have the resources and services they need to reach this point. She is extremely grateful to have the opportunity to join Moms In Motion and advocate for those in her community.

Heather Barenklau
Heather is a Native to the Shenandoah Valley and currently resides in Frederick County, VA with her husband and two children. Heather graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Heather has been working in healthcare as a registered nurse for the past 20 years and has devoted a large part of that career to working with children and adults with cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities. In Heather's free time she enjoys camping with her family, baking and decorating sweet treats, and volunteering with her local fire & rescue department. Heather is excited for this new career and the opportunity to help serve an underserved population.

Jennifer Young
Jennifer was born and raised in California, and relocated to the beautiful Shenandoah County where she has resided since 2016. She graduated with her BA in Psychology from California State Dominguez Hills. Jennifer has a continuing growing passion in the world of helping those with disabilities. In the past, she has worked in a wide array of different areas, from working with the elderly in assisted living residences, to one on one care with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. She hopes to utilize her past experiences within the field to further enrich the lives of others, and is excited to be part of the Moms In Motion team.

Kristy Eggleston
Kristy was raised in New Hampshire, but settled in Front Royal, VA in 2001. She has five children (twin boys currently serving in the Air Force) and two grandchildren who are the light of her life. She returned to college later in life after homeschooling each of her children. She earned an Associate's in Administration from Lord Fairfax Community College in 2015, and her Bachelor's in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018.
Kristy has a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives, especially those with various abilities. She is excited to join Moms In Motion to serve and assist those within her community. Seeing people succeed, become independent, and live their lives to the fullest extent brings her great satisfaction and joy.
In her free time, Kristy likes to cross-stitch and read, but prefers to spend her off-time with her husband, children, and grand-babies.
