Ileana Mungro

Division Manager
Ileana lives in Loudoun County with her four children, two girls and two boys. Of which, her boys are fraternal twins and are both autistic. She obtained her Bachelors from George Mason University with a concentration in Communication, Public Relations and minor in Information Technology. She obtained her MBA from the University of Maryland. Her background includes management of over 16 years in the transportation industry. Ultimately, Ileana has found her passion for helping others. Especially, sharing her knowledge and experiences with other parents who have faced some of the same obstacles and blessings that she has experienced since becoming a parent of children with special needs. When she started this journey within this organization, her wish was to obtain as much knowledge as she could and to be a catalyst for upstanding programs and platforms that would empower others who have loved ones dependant upon their care. She was grateful to be afforded the opportunity to tap into a network of support and community on a matter she has passion for. She is excited to use every opportunity to pay it forward.

Bobbie Pennino

Service Facilitator
Bobbie was born and raised in Poquoson, Virginia but currently lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband and chocolate lab, Wrangler. Bobbie studied at Liberty University where she received her bachelor’s in social work. Bobbie is passionate about being a voice to the voiceless and an advocate for clients and family’s needs. She has experience in ABA therapy and social services, including child protective services, adult protective services, and foster care. Bobbie prides herself on quality of care by making herself relatively available, offering a listening ear, and consistently building rapport with her clients. In her off time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and dog, watching a good TV series or sports, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Jasmine Brown

Senior Service Facilitator
While completing her undergrad in psychology, Jasmine found her passion for advocacy and helping others. After completing her degree, she found herself in the world of ABA and providing services to children with developmental disabilities. Though it was a wonderful learning experience, she was not content internally with her effect on the world. After careful consideration she discovered Moms In Motion. Based on the description and a bit of research, she found what she had been dreaming of doing - advocating and providing assistance to those in need.

Lakeisha West

Service Facilitator
Lakeisha West is a dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience in mental health and working with intellectually and developmentally disabled populations. Born and raised in Chesterfield, Virginia, Lakeisha is a compassionate advocate for those who often go unheard. Her commitment to being a voice for those without one has made her an invaluable asset in various roles within the sector.

Nakita Conley

Service Facilitator
Nakita is a hardworking mother who worked two full time jobs with no days off to take care of her son. She loves reading books and working out to relieve stress. She received her B.S.W from Rutgers and was immediately hired at her internship placement. She was promoted to unit supervisor within two years on the job. Tired of the city life, she decided to make some changes. Her original plan was to move to North Carolina but when she got engaged, her plans changed. She decided to relocate back to Virginia with her fiancé after her son graduated from high school and came across Moms In Motion in her transition from New Jersey.

Patricia Spurlock

Senior Service Facilitator

Patricia was born in Annapolis, Maryland and raised in Gloucester, Virginia; she is a proud mother of two boys. Patricia earned her associate degree in healthcare management in June 2010 and is working on acquiring her bachelor’s degree in social work; she has over seven years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents. Patricia has a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives and finds her position fulfilling, as it allows her to share her knowledge with families.

Patricia loves visiting the beach with her family, where she can watch the sun rise or set over the water. She also loves shopping, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying life. Patricia deeply appreciates music and believes there is a song for every occasion; she never misses a chance to dance.
