Jessica Monaco
Jessica was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Jessica currently resides in Amissville, VA with her husband, Lee, and their four children: Kaden, Coleman, Preston and Fallon.
Prior to becoming a mother, Jessica received her Associate's in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Coastline Community College. She was first introduced to the world of disability when her son, Coleman, was diagnosed with Autism at age 2. In the early years, Jessica fought hard for early interventions for Coleman, getting him three years of Early Childhood Special EducationSpecifically designed instruction, at no cost to the parents, to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability. and countless therapies prior to heading off to kindergarten. Jessica's youngest son, Preston, also received a diagnosis of Autism a couple years later which has only added to her knowledge base of what’s available for families of children with disabilitiesThe Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a person with a disability as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity. This includes people who have a record of such an impairment, even if they do not currently have a disability. It also includes people who do not have a disability but are regarded as having a disability. Jessica became familiar with Moms In Motion in 2013 when her son was found eligible for the CCC+ Waiver. Jessica was ecstatic when the opportunity to be employed by Moms In Motion presented itself in 2019. She now has over 9 years of waiver knowledge personally and 3 years professionally that she actively enjoys sharing with the people she works with. She is excited to help others in a similar situation learn to navigate this path of disability services and she continues to work to make it easier for others to travel this path and access these services.

Ashley Mayfield
Ashley and her husband Jay currently reside in Northern Virginia. Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University. While completing undergrad, Ashley started her career as a Home Care Aid. This ignited her passion for wanting to help others. Ashley’s specialty is serving others. She has professionally and personally always chosen a path that would lead her in a life of service. Ashley also worked as an early childhood development educator.
Ashley enjoys reading, writing, and learning new things. She genuinely has a heart for people and has showed her great commitment to serve others through her four years of experience. She is delighted to be joining Moms In Motion to continue serving others by providing services to help individuals and their families.

Jeneen Butler
Jeneen is a native of Fredericksburg, VA. She graduated from Stafford Senior High School and from there went on to receive her Certified Nursing Assistant license, Medical Assistant license, Medication Aide license, and last but certainly not least, her Bachelor's of Science in Health Science from South University in Richmond, VA. She is an organist for her church and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Alpha Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter with whom she is very active in the community.
Jeneen applied for Moms In Motion because she has been in the health care field for many years. She felt like it was time to take her talents and degree and apply them to a health care position where she is still helping to care for others. However, instead of concentrating on one population, she now has the opportunity to help people of all ages. Jeneen looks forward to this new journey with Moms In Motion and being able to help better serve her community.

Jennifer Dye
Jennifer lives in Woodbridge with her two sons and cats. When she is not working she is scrapbooking, working in her yard, and spending time with her family and friends. She has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Mason University. Jennifer has worked as a special education preschool teacher for many years. She also works with the Special Olympics as the medical coordinator.
Jennifer was introduced to a service facilitation company when she and her son needed assistance quickly. Her son’s service facilitator helped so much, Jennifer realized she wanted to help other families the same way. She is always advocating for her son and she looks forward to continuing her work with families to provide resources that will help bring stability to their lives.

Lisa Jameson
After teaching, mentoring and managing for many years with the federal Head StartA national child development program for children from birth to age 5 which provides comprehensive education, health, nutrition, dental, mental health, social services and parent involvement opportunities to low-income children and their families. human services program, Lisa had to leave the profession that she loved in order to care for her ailing parents. This type of work offered her a new set of challenges that she came to realize others were facing on a daily basis - most of whom do not have the knowledge of or know how to complete forms to receive resources that may be available to them. Through research, Lisa found out about Moms In Motion, and begin to realize that she could begin a new adventure assisting others, like her parents, who are in need.

Sherri Jenkins
Sherri is a native of Culpeper and has been a foster parent with Social Services since 2001. She has three children, the youngest child was adopted through the Foster Care Program. She has learned firsthand with her adopted daughter and the placement of other children in her home the challenges that can come from not knowing local resources that are available to support the needs of a child with disabilities.
Sherri has experience working with the public schools when creating and updating Individualized Education Programs, building working relationships with Case Managers, and advocating for services to meet the needs of those who have a disability. She has worked in a correctional setting for many years while earning her BS in Business Management. Sherri also served as a Girl Scout Leader for the Culpeper Service Unit for many years and was dedicated to providing new learning opportunities and challenges to the children in her troops.

Shertorrie Taylor

Tiffany currently resides in Northern Virginia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia. While studying psychology, Tiffany volunteered with a crisis hotline center and conducted research in a psychology lab. These experiences drove her passion for supporting others with a non-judgmental attitude and compassion, and her passion led her to Moms in Motion, now working to support and provide resources for others in her community. She is excited to make a positive difference in other people's lives and empower families. When Tiffany is not working, she is often spending time with family and friends, playing mahjong, or writing poetry.

Tyeisha Jackson
Tyeisha currently resides in Spotsylvania, Virginia. She is a wife and proud mother of two amazing young boys who bring love and joy into her life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, playing outside, and relaxing by the water soaking up the sun. She is a graduate of Germanna Community College where she received her Associates degree and is working towards obtaining her Bachelors.
Tyeisha takes pride and finds joy in being able to help others, especially during their times of need. Her compassion and drive to do so began with helping to take care of her first cousin who had Down Syndrome. She learned basic sign language to help make communication easier. It was at that moment that she was introduced to the dire needs of those with disabilities and her compassion for them began to grow. During her time as a dental assistant of 15 years, Tyeisha was able to further develop and utilize her talents to help ease the anxiety of her patients, including going above and beyond for those that required extra attention and love. Although she thoroughly enjoyed her time as a dental assistant, she felt as though her talents and compassion to help others were better suited elsewhere, which brought her here to Moms in Motion. After learning of their mission and devotion to helping to make the lives of those living with disabilities in her community easier, she instantly felt the company was the perfect place to feed her passion of serving and helping others.

Yuliana Paulino
Yuliana is a proud mother to a wonderful little girl and high school teacher. She grew up in Falls Church and currently resides in Stafford Virginia. From a young age she knew that she wanted to have a career where she would be working with people and helping those in need. Yuliana teaches Spanish at James Monroe High School and works with kids of all different backgrounds. Through her career in education, she has seen the need for awareness and advocacy for children with disabilities. Yuliana does her best to advocate for her special needs students by attending meetings pertaining to their education and accommodations. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family, read and write poetry and watch any kind of documentary.
